unrar with 7zip
run setup
install everyting ( should be automatic if not, use the #soft# folder)
start the game at first with the Rockstar Games Social Club launcher on the desktop !
it should come up wit an error message!
do this:
copy the whole GTA IV Foler
and paste it into the ROCKSTAR FOLDER who is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games ( dont know if necessary but i done this / nah just found out that this is not necessary )
after that go into the #soft folder and click on Manual Registery
Click on yes
LAUNCH THE GAME WITH : LaunchGTAIV
The game should start ! and if not, close the launcher and open it again !
